Welcome to Holiday Vacationz. We strive to provide our customers with an exceptional travel experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below. Please read these policies carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
General Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
Special Packages and Promotions:
- Certain promotions or special packages may have unique cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of these offers at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or if a customer fails to arrive at the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation by HolidayVacationz.com:
- In the rare event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund. We will also provide options for rebooking or alternative arrangements whenever possible.
Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items such as travel insurance, visa fees, and other add-ons may be non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions of these items before purchasing.
Partial Refunds:
- In cases where only a portion of the booking is cancelled, a partial refund will be provided based on the value of the cancelled services.
Modifications to Bookings
- Changes to Reservations:
- Changes to reservations (such as date changes or destination changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Requests for modifications must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Any modifications made within 15 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the applicable cancellation fees.

- All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@holidayvacationz.com.
